Delivery times are usually within 1-2 weeks. Estimated delivery lead times are guidelines only and are always subject to stock availability and delivery from Errea. Delays on orders may occur from time to time, which are out of our control. We accept no responsibility for any delays that occur by carrier. We will not be liable for compensation for any reason whatsoever.
Delivery of Orders
Orders are delivered to the shipping address entered in the checkout process. You will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been placed. When the order has been shipped by us you will receive confirmation from Kit Manager via email.
Once an order is placed with us, the contract we hold with you as the customer is to deliver goods to the address given to us. Once delivery has been made and the customer has been notified, we are relieved of any further responsibility for the condition or location of the order.
Amending an Order
If you wish to make any amendments to your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note any requested amendments after this time will be dealt with on a case by case bases as personalisation of the kit may already have occurred.
Customer Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns for personalised garments in the instance that an incorrect size has been ordered. (Personalised garments being those with initials or squad number applied). Personalisation is irreversible and therefore renders the item unsellable.
If there is a fault with an item on receipt of your order than this must be confirmed with us by sending an email to email@example.com All goods that are accepted for return must be complete and in an unused condition, the product must be undamaged and in the original packaging. Returns are only acceptable within 14 days of delivery.
Returns can be posted to the address below, at the customer’s expense. We do not take any responsibility for the loss or damage of items in transit.
Any returns that we have agreed to refund will be processed and sent to the account in which you ordered from within 5 working days of our receipt of the items.
